Thank you does not seem sufficient! Your hormone balancing program and guidance has changed my life! I have always worked out and eaten a healthy, whole food diet for at least the last 30 years when all my meals were in my control! I am 51 years old and have been suffering with the effects of perimenopause and menopause for the past 8 years! While I tolerated the hot flashes, sleepless nights and tried to manage the mood changes, I could not deal with the fact that I was losing my waist despite all the exercise and healthy eating! Through your hormone-balancing program and guidance over the last 9 weeks, I learned that I have developed food sensitivities to foods that I never had a problem with before! You helped me to be able to self-monitor what is going on in my gut and digestion as well as how important it is to self-monitor as inflammation is the root of so many health conditions.

 

I am happy to say that I very rarely have hot flashes, sleep like a baby, my joints are pain free and less stiff and I feel overall more of a sense of calm rather than (hormonally) frazzled. My workouts are more productive because I sleep and feel so well and I am making gains in the gym again rather than feeling like I am losing the battle! Overall, I have lost 13lbs, 10 of those pounds coming in the first 2 weeks and a large portion coming directly off my belly and breasts. Coincidentally, no one has mentioned my weight loss and I think a huge reason is that the loss has come because of how much inflammation has actually been decreased in my body!

I want to thank you for all of your support over the last 8 weeks.  I have had fantastic results following your program and the only regret I have is not signing up earlier!  This was by far the easiest program to follow I have ever signed up for...and I’ve done MANY! It was easy because it was because it was truly a change of lifestyle.  This was the first time ever that I didn’t have to count macros or eat the same the things every meal. I ate whole delicious foods. My 8 weeks even included the Christmas holidays which I found I was able to stay on track.  One of my favorite parts of the program were the workouts. I’ve always been active and worked out 5-6 times a week, but it wasn’t until I started your workouts that I started to see definition. My tummy flattened and my arms and legs are more defined than ever.  I also have so much more energy! Thank you for all your support!
